Completion of two preliminary shifts is required prior to booking additional shifts. These preliminary shifts are full working shifts and function as a way to assess compatibility with the clinic, including workflow, communication, and overall fit.
Once the preliminary shifts are completed, future scheduling is coordinated directly through email while the online calendar is being finalized. After availability is confirmed, shifts will be scheduled and secured in advance.
To request relief coverage (including preliminary shifts), please submit the inquiry form with your desired dates, shift details, and clinic information. You will receive a response within 24–48 hours.
To ensure seamless coverage for your hospital, shifts are officially confirmed after mutual agreement and scheduling alignment. Once we've agreed on dates, I will email over a relief service agreement detailing customized pricing and shift policies. Your coverage is fully locked in and secured as soon as final written confirmation is completed.
